Here, you find possible solutions to problems that can occur when Digital Process Factory processes jobs.

Subjobs Are Not Processed

Error 6 while calling sub jobs

This error might be caused by too few available instances. Check the environment key MAX_INSTANCES. If it is set too low, reset it to the default value.

Working Unit Does Not Start

Error processing Workingunit: ...

This error in job.log means the DPF Process Manager sent a NATS message to start the working unit but got no subscriber within 10 seconds. Check if the DPF Working Unit Manager for that working unit, for example seal-dpf-wustandard or seal-dpf-wusystemcall, is running and start it if needed. Refer to Administrate Services for how to check and start services.
